After 2014 and 2015, the Hungarian National Gallery again organizes its famous art-project, Textura. Ten contemporary writer inspired by ten different, famous fine art pieces of the Gallery create short stories on them – performed by famous Hungarian actors with live music or dance.
Language of performances is Hungarian.

21. March: ’Bach In the Subways’
This year for the second time Budapest again joins this project. For one day – on J.S. Bach’s birthday – amateur and professional musicians around the world perform the great baroque composer’s works in public areas such as airports, malls, subways, streets, churches etc.The public performances are open and accessible to all – a musical gift for anyone who wants to hear it!
